About Capella
A holding company built around two disciplines.
Capella Holding operates at both ends of the beauty trade. On one side, a distribution arm that carries international cosmetics, skincare and fragrance houses into the Iraqi market — handling import, registration, warehousing and trade marketing end to end. On the other, a retail arm running our own boutiques, where those same brands meet the customer directly.
That pairing is deliberate. Owning the shelf teaches us what actually sells, and the distribution network turns that knowledge into national reach. Brands that partner with us are not handing their product to a warehouse — they are entering a market with a team that already understands how it behaves.
